Almost comically compact Japanese car

by Lee on 9/11/2009

No doubt due to concerns about cost and fuel economy, mini-cars in Japan continue to be top sellers, and Toyota’s recent decision to hire 800 temporary workers in a bid to keep up with demand for the Prius proves that even when an elfin form isn’t a factor, fuel efficiency is.

Yet that said, this quest for compactness and economy can sometimes go too far, as although a convertible, the contraption below looks uncomfortable to say the least. And cool doesn’t even come into it.

it’s hand luggage only along with potentially perilous situations aplenty.

It looks like a toy car. I would not want to drive that on a Los Angeles freeway.
