Yet regardless or not of whether he fabricated the facts in a published plasma experiment, former University of Tsukuba professor, Teruji Cho, can definitely not be accused of lacking the tools to get the necessary attention, as wearing what could well be the worst wig in the world will undoubtedly produce publicity,
if not necessarily a pardon.

I saw the article on TV a few days ago and couldn’t help staring at this man’s hair. It scared the crap out of me. Mind you, I had no idea what the article was about, save that they mentioned plasma.

Seeing that i think we can conclude that he has either no taste regarding wigs or other problems to worry about. My advice to him would probably to throw that piece of hair away and just leave it at that (showing a bald head that is). He’d probably look way better without one.
