One of the great joys of living in Tokyo is that despite all the regulation, it is also incredibly random, meaning it’s impossible to predict what’s round the next corner. And it’s even better when any unexpected sightings have the common courtesy to cover any further surprises.

I think this picture is so interesting!!
And yes, Japan always so many happening or unpredictable. It really let me feel excited !!
If “she” can shave off goatee or moustache, “She” will look more prettier. But it will not be interesting..
Yes, in many ways it’s possible to expect the unexpected, which makes for a very interesting city indeed.
Not that I’m a fashionista or anything but I think that a pirate hat would have completed the outfit nicely.
My first thought as well – Johnny Depp/Capt. Jack Sparrow in drag (sort of).
Exactly what I thought too when I first saw him. Until, that is, I looked down below…
“” . . . look down below” what, Lee? I thought this was a “family friendly” blog?
It is. You should have seen the other photo….
and I’m not one either,
but perhaps a pirate hat with a ‘Kitty and cross fish’ emblem would be purrfect.
It’d at least draw some attention away from his, erm, pieces of eight.
If you threw style and taste in a blender to see what comes out, this might be it.
Haha, that’s a very good way of putting it.
Definitely something very interesting and appealing about him, modesty included. The snowman cut-out is pretty random, though….
Yeah, I wondered why that was there. But I suppose it makes no less sense than a bearded man wearing a short skirt!
Wow assuming that’s not a wig, he has really great hair.
Never thought about that. Wouldn’t like to guess either way, although it looked perfectly natural.
“C’mon. Show me some skin.”
“No.”
“C’mon! I’m paying you, aren’t I?”
“No. I’m shy.”
And passersby all breathed a sigh of relief!
