Tokyo Times slight summer slowdown

Summer is well and truly here in Tokyo. The sun is high, as is the humidity, which means only one thing: time to leave for a little while.

However, that’s not to say my absence means there won’t be any new photographs here, because there will — just less that’s all. So, for the next month, there’ll only be a couple of posts a week. On Mondays and Thursdays. Just enough to keep things ticking along nicely until my return.

And with that I shall be off. First heading into the dark underbelly of Tokyo, and then on to the rather more bulging one of Britain.

Great shot, these are my favourites!
Be aware that you’ll be arriving in a Britain under a heatwave, 33C like Tokyo, but maybe a bit less sticky.

Cheers. Likewise. I need to take more shots like this.

It was, but just arrived and the forecast is rain tomorrow. So everything just as it should be!

Haha! I’d managed to block out that nonsense, but just seen the news and it has dropped. A week either avoiding the news or staying permanently drunk is in order it would seem…

Love the grain in this shot, it really makes it. Back in the UK in time for the royal birth :P

Cheers. I’m a big fan of grainy black and white shots. Really need to take more of them.

I know. I arrived pretty much at the same time as the baby. Clearly didn’t think this through very well…
